Order a Limited Edition 70cl or 10cl Clan Logan Labeled whisky from Holyrood Distillery as a commemorative convention keepsake. If you booked the Rosslyn/Holyrood Distillery Tour, you will receive one 70cl bottle as part of that tour package.

​​You will be asked to select from one of the following whisky bottles described below when ordering.

1. AMBIR, a sweet and creamy single malt featuring Chocolate Malt, Vienna malt, Crystal 240, and Caramalt. 

           Nose: Caramel, creamy fudge, Demerara sugar, Scottish tablet

           Palate: Red fruits, vanilla and cornflakes

           Finish: Biscuit velvet texture, mouth watering, hint of savoury at the end

2. EMBRA, a smooth balance of smoky flavours and rich textures with a diverse range of yeasts-two distiller strains, three brewers yeasts, and two wine yeasts. An ideal introduction to peat, while still delivering the smoky depth. 

          Nose: Lemon zest, horse chestnut pith, hints of peppermint and light hickory smoke

          Palate: Wafer biscuits, dark chocolate mousse and notes of earthy highland peat smoke

          Finish: Well rounded and clean with light notes of stewed pears

3. PITCH, the newest release, with rich and decadent notes of cacao, blackcurrant, and honey with a finish of hints of coffee, raisins and oak spice. Its rich brown malt takes centre stage, with pepe nero yeast further boosting dark chocolate notes and sweet and nutty oloroso character.

          Nose: Cacao, Blackcurrant, Honey

          Palate: Sweet and rich with stewed red fruit and spicy green peppers 

          Finish: Hints of coffee, raisins and oak spice
