Attention ALL Members of the Logan Family & Clan, and Our Friends Too!
Clan Logan Society International has been working all year to put together a plan for a successful Family Convention in April of 2025. We finally have some details coming into focus now and we'd like to share them with everyone. We want to get them out before the Holiday Season because we know everyone is going to be busy - and some of you may want to ask Santa to include a trip to the Beautiful Scotland on your wish list (so BE GOOD!)
We will be having a LIVE meeting via Zoom on 13 October 2024 to go over the details of the convention with everyone. To join us, please register by sending an email to our Vice President, Linda Street-Ely at vicepresident@clanlogansociety.org
The Zoom meeting will provide an overview of what has been planned so far, what we still need to plan, and how to start making your plans to join us in Scotland for this HISTORICAL EVENT! We will also discuss the January Clan Commander live interviews and the process involved with deciding who our choice for Commander of Clan Logan.

Logan Clan & Family Convention, supervised by Bute Pursuivant of the Court of the Lord Lyon, Mr. Colin Russell
Location: Dalkeith, Midlothian (exact venue to be announced soon); also, the event will be streamed live via Zoom worldwide
There will be no cost to attend this part of the convention where the Commander confirmation will take place - the Society, with the help of our wonderful donors, are providing for the location & setup

Ceilidh (a traditional celebration with Highland music and dance) at the Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club

Logan Family & Clan Field Trips
Location: There will be a variety of locations to choose to tour with members of the Clan and Family of Logan on Saturday. We are putting together tours for the castle in Edinburgh; St. Mary's Church in Restalrig (South Leith Parish Church); a local whisky distillery tour and afternoon of golf. Watch for more information on this as we finalize the tour packages.
Please consider this an outline that's still subject to a few changes. The dates are confirmed for our events, and we are nearly complete with the entire schedule. The most important part will be the convention on April 25th. We have a venue selected and are acquiring insurance for the event, and then will make the complete announcement.
